​At the heart of Turicum Security is Thomas, our Founder and Managing Director, whose leadership is backed by over two decades of experience in law enforcement, military training, and frontline security operations.

​

Thomas began his career in Zurich, Switzerland, serving as a Senior Sergeant Detective in the Zurich City Police. From 2013 to 2020, he was entrusted with high-stakes roles involving narcotics investigations, undercover operations, and major crime case management. His policing background equipped him with deep expertise in surveillance, risk assessment, crisis response, and conflict de-escalation.

Before his police service, Thomas served as a Sergeant Major and Instructor as well as a lecturer in leadership in the Swiss Army (2003–2006), where he was responsible for training troops in operational planning, tactical execution, and leadership under pressure. His military discipline and strategic mindset continue to shape the high standards of our service delivery.

In Perth, Western Australia, Thomas entered the local security industry, working as a licensed crowd controller and static guard. His direct, hands-on experience across a range of local venues and events gives him a firm grasp of Western Australia's security landscape, legal framework, and client expectations.

His current study towards a Master of Business Administration International (MBAI) from an Australian university, adding a modern and strategic business perspective to Turicum Security’s operations. His academic background complements his field experience, allowing him to lead with both operational insight and a client-centric mindset.

Thomas ensures that every project, from private functions to high-capacity events, is handled with the utmost professionalism, discipline, and adaptability.
